LEAD-TIME
Lead-time is generally around 8-12 weeks. As all pieces are made
to order, please allow for some flexibility. We dedicate ourselves
to making sure that every piece we make reflects the highest
possible standards of quality and sometimes this means taking
extra time.
PAYMENT & PAYPAL
We accept all major credit cards and bank account direct debit
via PayPal. All paypal orders are secure and take place on the
PayPal website. We encourage you to read PayPal’s privacy
policies for further information.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal offers you the
option of paying with a credit card without requiring an account.
In this case, when you’re ready to pay, you’ll be
taken over to the checkout at PayPal. You’ll see two options:
“Don’t have a PayPal Account?” or “Have
a PayPal Account.” If you choose not to create a PayPal
Account, simply choose the first option.
SHIPPING
Kalon Studios offers ground shipping through out the continental
United States and to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Kalon Studios will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost
or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise.
The risk of loss of, and title to, all merchandise purchased
on this site will pass to you upon our delivery of that merchandise
to the carrier selected to deliver it.
RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of the furniture, all furniture sales
are final. We will gladly replace defective or missing parts
at no additional charge.
If a shipment arrives with the appearance of a manufacturing
defect, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt by e-mailing,

SALES TAX
All sales delivered within the state of California are subject
to California sales tax.
PRODUCTION QUALITIES
We reserve the right to alter minor details of the products
featured on this site and in other informational materials we
provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design
integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly
from those depicted on this site or in such materials.
Please keep in mind, part of the beauty of working with natural
materials is the expected variation in grains and hues. Such
differences within our products is not indicative of a defect,
rather we believe it is what gives each individual piece a unique
quality.
